Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the return is approved

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items


Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us via the Contact page within 48 hours of delivery.

In these cases, Zanvero will cover all return shipping costs.
